We collect information directly from you, automatically when you use our Services, and from third parties such as payment processors.

• Account Information – First name, last name, email address, phone number, password, and profile photo (optional).
   
• Driver/Service Provider Details – Vehicle information, driver’s license, proof of insurance, service profile details, and location data during active jobs.
   
• Payment & Payout Information – Bank account details, address, tax identification number, and other payout-related information collected via Stripe Connect.
   
• Support Requests – Information you share when contacting us for help.
   

• Location Data – When you are active on the platform, to enable trip matching, navigation, and safety features.
   
• Device Information – Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, crash data, and usage statistics.
   
• Usage Data – Interactions with the app, such as job acceptance, cancellations, and service history.
   

• Stripe Connect – We use Stripe to process payments and payouts. Stripe collects and processes financial and identity information in accordance with its own Stripe Privacy Policy.
   
• Authentication Providers – If you sign in using a third-party account (e.g., Google, Apple), we may receive basic profile information from that provider.

1. Provide and Improve Services – Create and manage your account, process payments and payouts, connect drivers with customers, and improve app features.

• Delete Account – You may request deletion of your account; however, we may retain certain information to comply with legal obligations.
   
• Location Data – You can disable location tracking in your device settings, but this may prevent you from using the Services as a driver or customer.
   

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Services may contain links to third-party sites, including Stripe. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

Our Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy in the App or on our website, with a new “Effective Date.”

By using the payout services in Manndown, you also agree to be bound by the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and Stripe Privacy Policy. Stripe collects and processes your payout and identity information in accordance with its own terms and policies.
